T&C - Spretos Self Drive

Terms & Conditions

Any violation of the terms set forth below may result in immediate suspension, legal penalty, and/or termination of all services currently being provided.

That, the person should be competent to enter into the contract as per Indian Contract Act 1872.
That, the person should have a valid Driving License.
That, the person must be completed 20 years of age.
That, the person must have a good driving record, without any criminal records as per NDPS Act as well as Motor Vehicle Act 1882.

That, an amount of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees) Only as a security deposit for booking a vehicle which is refundable after deduction of damages.
That, the Users will be required to pay the Fees for the duration specified by the Users at the time when such booking is being made. The Fees shall be such as specified on the website of SPRETOS SELF DRIVE PRIVATE LIMITED.
That, the Toll Fee paid by the User
That, the users have to pay additional charges for following actions and non-compliance.

Failure to Reach in scheduled time.

Rs. 200/- Per Hour beyond the scheduled time.

Violation of Traffic Regulation.

Rs. 500/- in addition to the actual fine imposed by Govt. Authority.

Not Keeping the Car Clean.

Rs. 400/- Car washing Charges.

Tempering with GPS device.

Rs.2500/- in addition to the actual cost to repair charges.

Driving at a speed above maximum speed limit of 80 km per hour.

Rs. 200/- in addition to the actual fine imposed by Govt. Authority.

Causing any damage to the car.

100% losses incurred in repairing and restoring the Vehicle; or 100% value of the Vehicle, whichever may be higher.

Failure to return car keys.

Rs. 5,000 will be charged in addition to any replacement cost.

Towing or impounding of the car due to User s fault.

Full towing/impounding cost on actuals shall be charged from the User.

That, the vehicle should be driven by the user only. he can’t sub lease/ sub-rent/ Sale/ Mortgage the said vehicle to any third person.
That, the person should submit a Xerox Copy of the Driving Licence as well as an Adhar Card. If the person is not the citizen of India then he should submit the Xerox Copy of Passport and Visa.
That, the User will provide contact details of an emergency contact while availing the Services.
That, the User will intimate SPRETOS SELF DRIVE PRIVATE LIMITED about the destination where the Vehicle will be driven and the route taken to reach the such destination.
That, the user has to inform Spretos within 2 hours and within 48 hours to a police station. In case of theft, the customer is liable to pay, in full, the market rate of the vehicle (Car).
That, the Fuel level at the time of pick up will be noted & Client must return the vehicle in the same level. Extra oil is non-refundable & less fuel will be chargeable by Spretos.

That, If the User needs to cancel the booking before 72 hours Start of the trip then 25% of the amount will be deducted from the booking amount.
That, If the User needs to cancel the booking before 72 hours to 24 hours Start of the trip then 50% of the amount will be deducted from the booking amount.
That, If the User needs to cancel the booking before 24 hours Start of the trip then 100% of the amount will be deducted from the booking amount.
That, the refunded amount credited to the User’s account within 4 to 5 Working Days.
